WHO’S RESPONSIBLE?

When leadership is needed,

Yo bring issues to the table,

When the church is spiritually weak,

Who’s responsible?

When teachers are also needed –

Ones who are capable,

Who is able to fill this need?

Who’s responsible?

When elders and deacons are chosen –

Godly men who are eligible,

Whose lives are lived above reproach,

Who’s responsible?

When the church’s funds are low,

And its state is formidable,

When generous, cheerful givers are needed,

Who’s responsible?

Who can fill these roles,

While being sensible?

Who can keep the church on track?

Who’s responsible?

If spiritual gifts are not used in church,

Its demise is inevitable.

Who is then to blame?

Who’s responsible?
