ABORTION SCRIPTURES
Genesis 9:6 KJV
Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
Genesis 49:25
...because of your father’s God, who helps you, because of the Almighty, who blesses you with blessings of the skies above, blessings of the deep springs below, blessings of the breast and womb. (My note: In other words, babies are a blessing.)
Exodus 21:22-25
22 “If people are fighting and hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but there is no serious injury, (my note: no injury to her or the baby) the offender must be fined whatever the woman’s husband demands and the court allows. 23 But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, 24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise."
Leviticus 18:21
Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the Lord. (My note: We rarely see anything like that practiced anymore, but we do have other idols and that is those things we allow to master us, even those excuses: money, time, my figure, my sin, my freedom, etc.)
Deuteronomy 7:12-13
12 If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your ancestors. 13 He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb... (My note: Being pregnant is being blessed.)
Job 31:15
Did not he who made me in the womb make them? Did not the same one form us both within our mothers? (My note: It is God who makes us, designs us, brings us out of the womb, and gives us life.)
Psalm 6:17
The Lord hates hands that shed innocent blood. (My note: It doesn't matter the age or location. God made us all in the womb.)
Psalm 22:9-10
Yet you brought me out of the womb; you made me trust in you, even at my mother’s breast. From birth I was cast on you; from my mother’s womb you have been my God.
Psalm 51:6
Yet you desired faithfulness even in the womb; you taught me wisdom in that secret place. (My note: There may be things yet to be discovered about what goes on in a mother's womb, but if it's God interacting with the baby, that is divine knowledge not to be revealed.)
Psalm 71:6
From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother’s womb. I will ever praise you. (My note: I have relied on Him from birth too, and I'm nearing 77 now.)
Psalm 139:13-16
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. (How much plainer can this be? God is the potter, the baby is the clay, so to speak. Our age and time of death has already been ordained/determined. This is my opinion: Our deaths are determined or ordained, but that doesn't guarantee Satan can't negate that determination. John 10:10 says, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy..." The "thief" is Satan.)

Psalm 142:6
Listen to my cry, for I am in desperate need; rescue me from those who pursue me, for they are too strong for me. (My note: Human beings instinctively don't want to die. Sonograms prove that babies being aborted fight against the methods being used. There is a video called "The Silent Scream." It proves the pain and horror the baby goes through while being killed.)
Proverbs 6:17
There are six things the Lord hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
17 haughty eyes,
a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood... (My note: Those who approve of it are the same as an accessory to murder.)
Proverbs 24:11
Rescue those being led away to death... (My note: What are we doing to rescue babies scheduled for murder? How do we stop this infanticide, this holocaust to exceed all others? Do we speak out, make phone calls, march with others who rally to end abortion the first week of October, vote against those who promote abortion -- anything?)
Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves...
Ecclesiastes 11:1 KJV
5 As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
Ecclesiastes 11:5
As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things.
Isaiah 46:4
I have made you and I will carry you... (My note: We are His. He will care for us and protect us if we will let Him.)
Jeremiah 1:5
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart... (My note: We are important to Him. He set each one of us apart. We have a purpose. It isn't always evident, and sometimes it doesn't happen right away. We have to remember, God works in mysterious ways.)
Isaiah 5:20
“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” (My note: That is exactly what is happening these days. Our morals, God's laws, are being turned upside down. Abortion, homosexuality, gambling, even prostitution is being called good. Prayer in schools, the Ten Commandments being displayed in government buildings, being pro-life and believing God's Word about sexual perversions is called bad. Other gods are being applauded while the one true God, the one this nation was founded on, is being thrown out or abandoned.)

Ecclesiastes 11:5

Isaiah 44:2
This is what the Lord says— he who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you...
Isaiah 44:24
“This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the Lord, the Maker of all things, who stretches out the heavens, who spreads out the earth by myself...
Isaiah 49:1
Listen to me, you islands; hear this, you distant nations: Before I was born the Lord called me; from my mother’s womb he has spoken my name.
Isaiah 49:5
And now the Lord says— he who formed me in the womb to be his servant to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel to himself, for I am honored in the eyes of the Lord and my God has been my strength—
Matthew 18:10
Jesus cautioned, “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.” (My note: Does Jesus say how little the child has to be before the angels watch over them? Besides, shouldn't they be safe in the mother's womb? Satan is going after as many as possible with weapons like scalpels, suction machines, poisons, pills, etc. He is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.)
Luke 1:41
When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
I Corinthians 15:37-39
When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or of something else. 38 But God gives it a body as he has determined, and to each kind of seed he gives its own body. 39 Not all flesh is the same: People have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another and fish another.
Galatians 1:15
But when God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me by his grace, was pleased...
